Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
Receive Return Authorization
Once approved, our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate shipping address for your region.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the RingConn device, charging case, and cables in the original packaging, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box.
Inspection and Refund
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
